Well Royals,

Some clubs have bigger premiership hangovers. Going out in straight sets is not fun, especially when the scores were so close (and at home no less) but that's the joy of the sim. There was a moment early in the season we looked like being bundled out in a far more humiliating manner so I'm happy to take this as not meant to be. What we did prove though is we are a formidable outfit on our day and this season we just didn't gel in some games we should have.

I hope everybody heads off now for their break safely and uses the time to recharge. This is a great club, it's an absolute joy to lead you guys and we will be back on top again. Please keep an ear to the ground in the coming weeks as we hit the league award season and then soon our own club best and fairest.

We've also been working hard behind the scenes to improve our list and there are some very big announcements to come soon, as well as some reshuffling at the leadership level. I'd also like to ask anybody that has elected to move on to keep me advised as soon as you can so we know exactly what we need to add to our squad for S32.

Honestly I had a chance to punch my opponent directly in the back of the head and realised at the last minute, I wasn't Qaylor Walker. Better luck next season trench colleagues and battle mates. I will have to come up with a new way of recognising all of you without the badges.
