My point being they don't usually acknowledge it so blatantly.Arent all religions homophobic?
Since when? Anyone I've ever known to be religious has acknowledged it blatantly. My point being they don't usually acknowledge it so blatantly.
Yes, in these situations, which is my point, I'm not saying this refusal is the first time it's happened, I'm saying it's wrong.Since when? Anyone I've ever known to be religious has acknowledged it blatantly.
Think it's more rare that they'd hide it.
It's a bit like James Maclean and November 11. He's never going to support it so why waste everyone's time trying to force him to.
If Mazroaui, Guehi, the Ipswich player etc dont support gay rights (for whatever reason) leave them to it. Let the people that do want to support the campaign support it, and those that don't can suit themselves.
It's a ridiculous distraction where more attention is paid to those that don't support the campaign than the campaign itself.
We're venturing into a much bigger topic here.Yes, in these situations, which is my point, I'm not saying this refusal is the first time it's happened, I'm saying it's wrong.
Couldn't disagree more. Letting bigots display bigotry and bring their organisation into disrepute is certainly a stance. We're venturing into a much bigger topic here.
If they don't want to celebrate/participate in it, they shouldn't be made to. It does nothing but bring negative publicity to the fixtures and if anything, takes away from what's being celebrated.
Yeah let's not open this can of worms here.Couldn't disagree more. Letting bigots display bigotry and bring their organisation into disrepute is certainly a stance.
I don't see the issue with Guehi showing his love for fellow player Gabriel Jesus.
Arent all religions homophobic?
You're mistaking my comment being regarding personal action, not the entire team. Can leave it there though.Yeah let's not open this can of worms here.
Live and let live for me.
Eh? The point is about the whole team not wearing them. Some players have principles which they prioritise based on religion and upbringing. Not wearing a jacket is not discriminatory behaviour. Forcing him too would be though. Further, there may be consequences for Mazraoui in his home country if he wore it.
Maybe Australia is anti religion now.
One thing is for sure. Adam Crafton is a w***er. It has taken attention away from the cause he supposedly supports.
Imagine supporting your teammates.Eh? The point is about the whole team not wearing them.
There'd be plenty of gay players and staff at United though.Imagine supporting your teammates.

Wtf does he need support for? If he's embarrassed to be the only one being a bigot maybe that's a hint.Imagine supporting your teammates.
Loads of olympians are gayI am not sure why you deleted your post chef but it’s clear you mean from the ladies team? The only openly gay male sportsperson in the world I know of is Josh Cavallo. It’s unfortunately not something men are comfortable with in the sporting world. But there are plenty of openly gay female sportspeople, so perhaps United do have plenty.
He was kicked out of his last club for not supporting genocide. I doubt he's embarrassed. Maybe his teammates have chosen to support his right to have his own religious beliefs and respect them. Tolerance and inclusivity.Wtf does he need support for? If he's embarrassed to be the only one being a bigot maybe that's a hint.
They can do that pretty easily without joining in. It's a shocking look.He was kicked out of his last club for not supporting genocide. I doubt he's embarrassed. Maybe his teammates have chosen to support his right to have his own religious beliefs and respect them. Tolerance and inclusivity.
