I don"t deny that for a second.But do you think March (or nearly any president for that matter) is in it for the Club or for personal gain,whether that be by means of business expansion,contacts,profile or just plain ego?

Which one is more likely to have the clubs interests at heart? The President or the coach?

I want the board to hold the coach accountable and not get sucked into his spin like most people here are concerning where the list is at. Seems like March doesn't agree one bit with where Wallace believes we are at, and I don't blame him.

Doesn't mean because they're voted in that they make the right decisions. And I think they've overstepped the mark a bit here. And as someone else said, it sounds like March is deliberately antagonising.
Okay, if they think we need a change of coach, just do it, but don't string Wallace along after the time and effort he's put into the job. I can't think of any reason why he should be treated shabbily if that's what they're doing. If they're not undermining him, it would be a good idea to come out now and actually extend his contact by one year - just one year - and stop all the innuendo now.

again you are being to precious there froars. Why would March deliberately antagonise Wallace? I mean why would March deliberately create something that would make him look like the fiend to the members that support TW?
Not only that but you tend to forget one improtant thing when you suggest how is "treated " and what "time and effort" he has put in. He gets paid extremely well for that time and effort. Lets just say, i would be tipping the last thing we would hear coming from TW is, "ok board, i see you are wary of me, so here is a deal, sign me up for another 2 years ontop of next year, and pay me half of my current annual rate. But when i deliver the goods, you will pay me double."

Thats how you negotiate if you have the balls to back up your ability and your expectations.
