Cheers. I've used Firefox and Chrome without issue on a Pixel phone, Galaxy tablet and Windows PC and haven't experienced this.

From your further posts it sounds like it's related to ads - have you identified a specific ad, or type of ad, that causes this specific issue?
For you and George

Feedback for you from my testing today.
I have downloaded Google Chrome and am testing the BF website.

My complaint relates to the user experience of the BF website using Safari as the iPad browser.
The site is unstable on Safari.
All the prior images sent have been from Safari.
Note on the attached image below, the link to open the BF app that appears at the top.
That does NOT appear on the BF site in Chrome.
That link is repeatedly removed by me, but reappears anytime the page is re-opened or refreshed.
It may also appear as a result of an ad script, but as I’m reading the page I am not looking at the top for the appearance of the app link. So that’s only supposition on my part.

Chrome is significantly more stable based on testing today, so far there has been no change in page sizing or font sizing.

I am yet to experience the second fault (page shrink when running a specific ad type).
As mentioned to George yesterday, I will shoot you a screenshot when it happens next, simply so that you understand how the BF website responds.

Another thing that I have noticed, when commencing a new sentence on a new line in a post, Safari wants to indent (by 1 character). I don’t think that exists in Chrome.

TL;DR
Chrome is more stable than Safari and a better user experience.
I will continue to test Chrome.
I will forward a screenshot of the second Safari sizing issue when it re-occurs.

Let me know how you go chief.

Just a general comment, Chrome usually is optimised to run on pretty much everything. I would switch to Chrome if you could.

I use Mozilla Firefox personally but Chrome is just as good. You can also download ad blocking browser extensions for free that should help.

Nice. Yeah I find Chrome a generally good experience for most things, though I know it's not for everyone - Firefox is also a very capable alternative if you want to explore some options. One benefit of these is that you can make an account and sync your favourites/logins/tabs across mulitple devices.

See how it all goes for you I suppose, you might not have a reason to go back to Safari at all.

Bring back the kick-in torp I say.
I remember he and Mark Merenda tore us a new one back at a game in Docklands early 2000's. Merenda kicking them from the boundary and Wirrpanda bounding out of half back like a mad man.

I was in tears naturally but they were great to watch.

The thing is, on iOS I believe all the browsers all forced to use the Apple Webkit stuff, which more or less makes them no better than Safari on Apple devices. That might change in the next year.

AdGuard for iOS works great, it's in the app store. Can't remember if it cost money, but it was worth it if it did. Very easy to set up and use.

That's a good point, and probably why I never use Apple. Android is where the sigmas reside 😎

PC and android are for people who are too poor to buy their devices anywhere outside Cash Converters.

At a hipster as hell place in Thornbury and the most hipster thing I have seen is a freo membership sticker.

At least pints are cheap

My daughters hipster Hunter Clark look alike boyfriend has a vintage 90s Freo T shirt that he thinks is cool.....he's a Pies supporter. Says it's his second team now to justify looking like a twat.

I use chrome on android phone and tablet and no prob

Use edge on work iphone and no prob

I dont use the app at all

You'd need to be chroming to use an android.
