Some of us have work to do and I don't see any reports to action, so can only assume that people like yourself have a mad foot fetish and want to remain on the down-low. No kink shame here, you do you instead of using the forum features.

All good samm, just poking fun whilst I was scoffing my glazed bbq pork cutlets and moving posts around. You know all work and no food make me something something....

In related news, pork was delish, got chicken thigh for a butter chicken tonight. Gotta also figure out how I want to break in the deep fryer, I mean I have cinnamon do I just make a rough doughnut dough, blanch it then dust and hey presto snack? Or get chicken drummies, breadcrumbs and do a wet+dry fried chook?

Bit of a shame AI wasn't as ubiquitous when Cho was coach.

Most of the coaches speeches could be replaced by AI, Richo's would have been a walk in the park.

Mid to late December i asked my solicitor to draw up an agreement between two parties where i lent the other party (my partner's son and family) money to help buy their home as they did not have enough money for a deposit.
I said it should have no interest, schedule of payments etc and be friendly instead i got three weeks later a copy of a template that they usually draft with a with a formal agreement and only the names added.

i re wrote to the solicitors saying thats not what i wanted. they slightly changed it, and still left the interest in it.

this morning i went on Claude.ai and asked it to write an agreement for australian legal , that was friendly supportive, after 7 changes. and within 10 minutes i have an agreement. i need to make a few more changes, but its a game changer.

I have had it refined a couple of tines by Claude.ai. it is free but limited amount of questions you can ask before you get stopped for a few hours. i'll try again tomorrow. to finish it, then send it to the soliticors and see if the AI missed anything.

Will take 5 years or so to build and commission so that means in Western countries it will take more like 10-15 years. Even if we started today we'd need something that gets to market much quicker to produce energy during that phase.

They are so far ahead of the west now. Also sending up solar power stations that will microwave power back to earth.

My brother in law uses AI to code for his company now. Taken away jobs but he was having to get workers from OS anyway. A future forecaster reckon most desk jobs will be gone by 2030. Insane. Musk is starting to roll out humanoid robots soon.

If only AI was available when we hired Richo. Would have got someone smarter, with more tactical flexibility and could contort hard in the contest 14 different ways to sound interesting. Richo was a duds dud. Would have saved 500k when yhe club really needed it.

The previous plant was a thorium reactor that generated only heat and not electricity.
They describe the new one as a "research facility " that can generate 60MW of heat, 10MW of electricity and some hydrogen. ( some wind turbines can produce a peak of more than 10MW ).
They are hoping to start producing 100MW reactors from 2030.
So customers outside China would probably be well after 2030.

So we can compare the size to the little Laverton power station which has 2 150Mw Units. I can see the appeal of smaller units but at the same time, with all the safety and security you'd need, maybe you'd be better off a bit bigger rather than lots of smaller ones.

So I just had a pow wow with a spider, no idea what one, it was dark and as if I had a torch out, in one had was a snip and in the other was a bag, I almost walked straight face first into it as it decided the best place for a web was between an open gate leading to my front yard at eye level.

Go figure.

So, I ask WTF it is doing there, gust of wind happens and spidy goes "weeeee" as it swings side by side since the web isn't complete, once it stops I tell it to move its fat arse as I need to snip flowers behind it FFS, it continues building said web as you know, it's a spider as if it comprehends English. In my infinite wisdom of I'm going to bed soon I am tired AF, I ditch the bag in a pocket, lookit some large weeds, snip them as "eh I kneed this coming in, SCREW YOU I HAVE A BLADE!" walk inside, grab a spray, walk back out with now snip + spray and promptly go to spray the spider.

So I got him and myself (I washed my arms) spidey goes to run back to the solid gate as opposed to the open one, he stops just before, I like to think questioning if he wants to be impaled on the ornate instances of said gate or not, goes back along its unfinished web it was suspending from, gets to the middle again and descends to the ground.

Thankfully I notice it since it bunched in an area all "WTF?" take my snip as it's longer handle and just wave it around, up, down, left, right, any other cardinal direction in 4D chess to annex a queen. Snip the flowers, they drop, "eh, I'll pick this up tomorrow, maybe..." walk back in, after washing arms, sat down here, saw a gnat on the wall, palm struck said gnat as cleaning is easier than catching it, washed hand after cleaning the wall, typed this.

Can I just say, I love nature, always full of surprises, and sorry unknown spider, you'd have been fine if you weren't stupid and went in literally any other direction. It's your own fault you got gassed and I demoed your home and hunting ground.

Why didn't he just sub-contract guys from India?
If its just coding surely they don't need to be on site.
