Didn't seem to hurt you in 97. Perhaps the fact the Tigers went on to win 2 more flags and a shock Prelim loss in the next 3 years while the Crows imploded and slid into irrelevance might point to the fact the better team won the 2017 GF?Genuinely hope that if we ever make another GF it’s not against a Victorian team. Especially not a Victorian team trying to break a drought. This is a common thought amongst Crows and Power supporters here in Adelaide.
Dude. Neither team did f/a away from home.Didn't seem to hurt you in 97. Perhaps the fact the Tigers went on to win 2 more flags and a shock Prelim loss in the next 3 years while the Crows imploded and slid into irrelevance might point to the fact the better team won the 2017 GF?
Nah, must've been vicbias
Play that Grand Final at Adelaide Oval and we win easily. We were rubbish the next year, and still pumped Richmond at home.Didn't seem to hurt you in 97. Which is pretty convenient for a Bulldogs supporter.Have a ******* cry
Umps decisions are final
Which is pretty convenient for a Bulldogs supporter.
I mean, they support you.You don’t have a game without the Umpires. We should be supporting them.
I mean, they support you.
Found Troy Pannell’s BigFooty account.Absolutely, without them there would be no Bulldog game. Well done umpires.
The only way they could create equality in the H&A season is to get rid of the 2 derbies a year and allow Victorian clubs to play all their home games at their home grounds. The only way the AFL will ever create equality in a GF is rotation of where it’s held. A truly National sport would move the game interstate where needed. It was only about twenty years ago that we still had to have a PF played at the G. That just doesn’t stack up in a proper professional competition.
The fact the MCG can lock in the GF for so many years is beyond disgraceful.
What a load of utter rubbish, from a bad sport and sore loser.Play that Grand Final at Adelaide Oval and we win easily.
Unearned places in the top 4? The same way you get an unearned place in the top 4 by playing at the MCG?The only way they could create equality in the H&A season is to get rid of the 2 derbies a year and allow Victorian clubs to play all their home games at their home grounds.
But that won't happen because , on a more level playing field, it would make it so much more difficult for non Victorian clubs to be gifted unearned places in the top 2, 4 and 8.
Can you imagine the whinging?
Not doubt they are, but without them you’d have one premiership cup. Instead of just admitting that you got a free ride you still hang on to the fact it was ‘fair’ and ‘decisions are final’. Virtually everyone knows that you were gifted a cup through beyond bias umpiring. You had an AFL commissioner admitting it would be great to see you win one.Have a ******* cry

Ok so show me some games richmond win away against quality opposition that year? What a load of utter rubbish, from a bad sport and sore loser.
Have a bit of pride and self esteem you childish sook.
You sound like kranky al
Richmond were at the start of a 4 year era of domination. Adelaide were on their way to years of oblivion. Richmond were the better team on the day, by far. Your club imploded with its toxic pop psychology.
Richmond would have handed Adelaide's arse to it no matter where that game was played.
Throwing a GF is a fair step up. Which you’ve pretty much conceded happened. Of course the AFL is corrupt in propping up Melbourne for years, do you expect them to ignore the MCC white collar boys club? The nerve of him. Meanwhile the AFL Commission definitely didn't help the Demons post Dean Bailey to present....
Go the umps! I hope they aren't put off by abuse they get.
Fair paradox. What a load of utter rubbish, from a bad sport and sore loser.
Have a bit of pride and self esteem you childish sook.

Every home game you get, by your argument, gives you an undeserved place in the top 2,4 and 8. By your ‘logic’.The only way they could create equality in the H&A season is to get rid of the 2 derbies a year and allow Victorian clubs to play all their home games at their home grounds.

You poor pathetic sook.Ok so show me some games richmond win away against quality opposition that year?
I mean you didn’t beat struggling bottom 10 teams at etihad?
You got thrashed by adelaide in adelaide.
And notably early in the following year again adelaide beat you handily.
Yet all of a sudden despite showing that you were garbage away fro m the mcg safe specs we are supposed to believe you get mystical powers come gf day away from home.
Fair paradox.
Adelaide imploded post GF. If they’d won do you think they’d be on their way to years of mediocrity? It all stemmed from the way they handled the fall out, sure, but suggesting they were on the way to an oblivion is rubbish. You were kissed on the nether regions and it suited the AFL to break the drought. You couldn’t even beat Collingwood a year later in a PF where you shared the same home ground.
Says it all.
They are also prone to black-and-white thinking. Compromise isn’t part of the equation. No wonder that chronic complainers are more likely to see problems instead of solutions, making it very difficult to work with them. Given their negativity, it is hard for them to make decisions and solve problems. Ironically, complaining about things creates more things to complain about.Every home game you get, by your argument, gives you an undeserved place in the top 2,4 and 8. By your ‘logic’.
There’s no way you win that GF at Adelaide. Comical to suggest as such. What a load of utter rubbish, from a bad sport and sore loser.

Wow! I post a video discussing a moment supporting my argument and you’ve taken that into something completely unrelated to what I was suggesting. Need me to spell it out for you?So posting that video, you'd obviously believe that there has been an umpiring conspiracy against Richmond for the past 7 years and that Richmond is a top 4 team this year.
If you’ve been through it, why are you replying? Either respond properly or ignore. Your little link to try and argue into something else is just a diversion to deal with the question. You poor pathetic sook.
We've been through this many times before.
