Went to the 150th event at Marvel this week. What a great night. The speech Jason Kimberley gave, his "Love letter to the Swans", had the entire room in fits of laughter

craig would be in his 80s now. Great link to old South people. Got Ian Stewart into the club I think. We were very competitive then, highlighted by beating Collingwood at Victoria Park in 1977. Teasdale and N. Goss huge.

Good standard for the 50s. Both teams hard at it. 28 shots to 23 cost us. Good to see Skilton and McGowan. Bobby was 18 years old and played like a veteran! Thx for posting video!

I was also there. We didn't get to play one final at SCG IIRC during that era Went out in straight sets in 86 and 87. Thx for posting.

John Northey, who coached us in 1985, was coach of the Demons in that game. Very satisfying for him after he got the flick for Hafey.
