Fun Fact: The only time an Australian won Weightlifting Gold was when boycotting was still in vogue.

Weightlifting: When Bodybuilding want to prove that their muscles are just for show. Weightlifting has 2 parts; First they get 3 attempts to lift as much weight as they can with the Snatch movement, and then 3 attempts to lift as much weight as they can with the Clean & Jerk movement. Yes, I can hear you snickering.
