If I am being honest, they should be charged by police ... surely there is something for putting thousands of lives in danger...
A pissy $1600 fine won't cut it or be a deterrent or future idiots who think they are more important than anyone else...
This person should also be named and shamed... If they really support the cause, they wouldn't care if they were named as it confirms their support for a cause they are supposedly passionate about!

As an extension of that, I've been thinking for a few weeks now that given the litigious world we live in nowadays, it's only a matter of time before someone gets sued and/or serious criminal recourse is actioned on people recklessly spreading CV19 and endangering, or worse, if it can be proved, causing harm or death to another person.
Might be hard to prove the latter, but whatever, I can see legal and law enforcement cases hitting the headlines somewhere around the world soon.
Those BLM organisers and attendees and perhaps the government should be concerned on a number of fronts.

See electronic media(Stan etc) around the world are now taking anything off their show list that has any racial undertones in it.
Now i know shows like Kingswood Country/Love thy Neighbour etc wouldn't get a gig these days,But they also want actors who don't play themselves ala the 2 actors who played as gays in Brokeback Mountain,They want banned as well because their not gay in real life.
