read the Tomorrow series during 2004 when I was 15, those books were so damn addictive, that was the year my friend group started doing camping piss-ups and I'd often imagine what if.

I've never read one of his books. I was a bit too old for him but I would have been part of the last generation who grew up without him and forty years of influencing kids like he has is a tremendous legacy to leave.

Good a time as any to remind everyone about accumulating points, and that a post you got a warning for is not necessarily the sole reason you got suspended:

Infractions: Warning: 0 points; Minor: 1 point; Mid: 3 points; Serious: 5 points.

If you accumulate enough points in a 12 month period you will lose privileges:

5 points - 1 week account suspension.
10 points - 2 weeks account suspension
15 points - 3 weeks account suspension
20 points - Your time is up. Permanent ban.

I have changed the template so that when you get a card, the message contains your accumulated points.

I can apply a 0-point warning to a post to show you. Actually I can look at making up a new warning just for that purpose so people don't get a mark against their account.

Also I made a mistake and the message was previously showing the 12 month total accumulated points as the points applied for that card. Caused some understandable consternation among recipients...
