FFS Is this the lamest thing anyone else has ever seen? Seriously a billion dollar sporting code cannot do better than this (I mean, the links could work more regularly for a start but on the off chance a link is broken at least have a credible looking 404 page).

I feel sorry for the clubs, having to align their websites with this amateur hour crap. And being lined up with that Telstra bigpond for all things internet related, only the AFL and my parents still use Bigpond.



Also I couldn't watch the replay of the RFC/STK match as I am apparently outside of Australia. I know there's a lot of jewish people around but last time I checked Balaclava was within Australia

Bigpond have a really good internet. I was on Optus for for about 2-3 years recently. Frequent drop outs, couldn't handle opening more than 2 webpages at a time, internet would freeze up and just stop responding, poor compatibility with online gaming, worst of all were the speeds. Absolutely terrible. They were unbearable for cable internet. Switched to Telstra around a year ago and for the same price get 200gb of data and a 100mbps+ connection. Of course, real speeds aren't 100mbps but I was getting around 2mbps on Optus CABLE, not DSL, CABLE. Currently getting around 50-60 on a normal day. Online gaming works perfectly, when I download speeds are frequently around 1-2mbs a second. It was like going from Dial up to Broadband. Do not go near Optus. They are a terrible company. Overpriced for what they are (not saying that Telstra are cheap but at least you get 100x better internet and phone connection with them). /end rant.

The new AFL and club websites video player is horrible. Never loads any videos, have to refresh 100 times before it works, and even then it's shitty.
