Perez is going to lose them the constructors title, and bringing in Riccardio, Lawson, Tsuonda wont necessarily make any difference, but hypothecially just wondering if there's any precedent of getting a 'loan' or big buck mid-season transfer from someone like Albon? So if Oscar beats Lando into Turn 1 are they still going to crap on about team orders and how Norris should sacrifice the first few laps keeping the rest of the field at bay so they don't cook their tyres?

McLaren will have an actual plan this time that prioritises, in order:
1) a 1-2 finish; and
2) maximising points for Lando

Lando can help himself by not butchering the start. If he does and Oscar is in front with cars between him and Lando, Oscar will get priority. Any other situation and they'll be looking to get Lando out in front as early as possible.
