Serious question - is Lynch worth it?

Will he be paid more than anyone else at the club, and if so, will that be resented by the other players? Doesnt always work.

Will he fit into our highly functioning forward line, or throw out the balance? Wasn't long ago when we doubted if Grundy and Cox could play in the same team, so I guess we'd adjust.

If he comes to us, I'd prefer he had two fully functioning legs, but then he wouldnt be the first recruit to rock up to the club on crutches. We have a specially built ramp just for these guys.

Re Eddie in the Footy Show vision above. He had on one of those Eddie 'faces', unsurprisingly like he knows more than he is letting on. I'd say he looked more confident rather than less. Ed would make a terrible poker player - he just cant hide his emotions.

Guys I have news to share. No one will know me so take this as you will. But lynch will be at Collingwood next year 100%. Agreed to terms this week. Finally Decided on Collingwood 7 weeks ago. There has been several meetings with him over the last 5 weeks negotiating the final deal. It was finalised on Monday and signed. He will be a magpie as a free agent.

I want to believe you but you're not the first to come onto this board with "absolute" claims and I'm sure you won't be the last. Actually I will be surprised if between your post and my post there aren't a few people who come on with info stating that he is 100% signed sealed and delivered to 9th-mond.

I think he’s worth it, and may be all we need to take out the 2019 flag.
Interesting the 1919 flag was won by us, against Richmond.
