I commented on this board prior to the game as part of my normal visit the opposition prior to a game (all teams except carlton). The hysteria about our supposed manouvre is ridiculous. We won the free kick count regardless of the supposed protagonists.

Free kicks don't have to be equal, it's why at 30-18 in your favour last year i'm sure you were equally outraged by the poor umpiring...

I was sitting in a forward pocket in pretty shit seats, they were the obvious ones right in front of me that sprung to mind. I barely saw the other side of the ground which is why i'm watching a replay now.

Shit gets missed, and sometimes teams get a rub of the green. Given the free kick count in our favour - it's quite likely that we got the rub of it today.

30-18 means nothing when you decide to pay the game winning free kick to a bloke that used his head as a battering ram.

Frees don't have to be equal but they should be consistent. The only consistency today was the favouring of one side over another. I'm still shaking my head that Anthony got pinged for a throw and then soon after Kerr throws it over his head with an open hand and it's judged as a tap on?

Can you tell me when bearhugging earn't you a free kick? Well today I saw Cox bearhug McIntosh and win a free kick.

Too many WTF decisions against one side today to even be considered anything but a raping at the hands of the maggots.

It's getting to the stage now where I'm honestly struggling to watch the eagles. The frustration levels aren't good for my health.

I only made it till just inside the 3rd quarter before I couldn't handle it any more today.

They remind me of a soccer team whose sole gameplan is to get the ball within scoring distance and then dive at the first opportunity.

You see free kicks paid weekly when a tackle is over the shoulder as you very clearly illustrated in a pic which, in any event, proves nothing. Whether he ducked his head or not, you're asking to give away a free for a high tackle with an arm across the shoulder like that.
