I had that. I lost taste and stopped eating because it was revolting to eat. I'm better now but have to gain weight because I got too thin there.

I feel you. I barely sat on 50kg before I got sick. I would hate to think what I’m sitting on now. A walking skeleton comes to mind

I know right. My tastes have said NO to Up and Go and that’s my go too. 3 days and counting it’s far too sweet for some reason. Yes! I JUST SAID THAT So something needs to sort itself out!

Once your taste sorts itself out, get your doctor to refer you to a nutrition specialist. You need to get weight back but in the right way (rebuild muscle).

I’ve got plenty of muscle lol just super skinny. I’m built like a greyhound actually. I’ll never put on weight bc I’m so active.
