Well im confused again.. what would i have been using in Year 12 on my mud cake.
One is wet and delicious with depth of flavour the other is just thick dry and sickly sweet

Pretty sure the almond icing used in cakes uses icing/confectioners sugar, whereas true marzipan uses either caster sugar or honey to sweeten it. Results in a different texture and flavour

Best chips I ever had were the tomatoe flavoured. In Thailand. I bought them recently in Ashfield but not as good ..!

It's what you're brought up with. I personally don't really like Hershey's (except for Reese's Peanut Butter Cups - so some of you can GAGF) and Chunky. I also don't see the hype about Cadbury, like Freddo Frogs. Meh. Of course, if anyone disparages Lindt Truffles, you deserve a slow, painful death.
Hershey's chocolate bars were part of the rations in WWII for American soldiers. They became popular in Europe when given out to liberated Europeans. More symbolic rather than the taste for sure!
Have you been to Hersheypark Shell ? Last was there with my nephew in 2002 on our great Eastern states roller coaster trip.
