To be fair, I think the 'Islam as a country' thing was just poorly worded, I can see what she meant. But apparently she said a few other gaffs too, so it wouldn't surprise me.

I've driven a couple of cars that don't have this, if there's no arrow then often the picture of the petrol pump near the gauge has its hose on the required side (hose on the left - pull up on left side of bowser)
