I wear them to work and to shops, its a comfy life.

Vancouver is all about leisurewear too. Everyone doing yoga and hiking wearing their Lululemons. I might buy some trackies soon and report back.

If you’re wearing them to do the grocery shopping or sitting on the couch how is that “bogan”, it’s just comfort and suitability.

Jeans on the couch is cooked, may as well wear them down to the gym if they’re SO comfortable (also, I wouldn’t really care if you did, your choice)

Aldi a few months back had some classic grey, very thin material, trackies for $15 or $20. i got a pair as thin trackies are at most what i need up here for lounging, even in winter.

I may be putting a little mayo on the insults but no, I wear shorts when it's hot, jeans when it's not, find them very comfy. Have some chinos that I alternate with jeans for work. People can wear what they want, I don't mind, but I do not abide tracksuit pants personally.

There's a range of temperatures between hot and not that trackie pants are perfect for. They are way more comfortable than wearing jeans at home.

The real question is about trackies outside the house. I never knew going out trackies was a thirst trap. But surely wearing the matching top makes you look like you've wandered off from an old folks home?
