That's a good looking lawn Cruffy.
It is looking bloody elite. Up there with the best it's ever looked, considering I thought I'd lost it in about October. A great turnaround.
I love how much men love their lawns, it’s so wholesome 🥰
Just going out there to stand and look at it is one of my favourite things to do.

They let us on the ground after the Test and the turf on the Adelaide Oval is to die for.

I moved into a second story unit this year with no lawns, just a couple of balconies out the front and the back which is great.

Balconies are low maintenance, I've had enough of lawns, lawnmowing was one of the chores I got as a kid for pocket money.

Lawns are only good if you have kids or pets and I don't have either, even then you can just take them down to the local park.

I miss the therapeutic nature of lawn mowing i dont currently have to do in the rented duplex villa i have been in for 18 months - just balconies, fake turf around pool and garden bed at front.

But seriously contemplating selling the sub tropical forest hideaway as im loving my free time not having to care for 3/4 acre.

I hear if you keep looking at something it won’t grow. ie grass, crops, a snag, flowers, beans etc

You said to swap but your reason is invalid. You said swapping increases to a 50% chance. Not true. They increase to a 66.6% chance.
It's both, depending on which where you consider the decision making process begins.
If you consider it a continuation of the first decision, yes.
If you consider it a new decision, no.

This isn't a new thought-exercise.

Swapping or sticking after Monty opens the door showing a goat is the 'new decision'. You said swapping increases your chances to 50%. That's false. A decision to swap increases your chances to 66.6%.

It's not a thought exercise. It was a real game show.

My brother got me these socks for Christmas.

Although I don't eat it much I find videos about making fried chicken satisfying. Cowboy Kent is fun making chicken fried chicken.

He made me ponder what is the difference between sauce and gravy. Some people say any thickened liquid containing meat juices is gravy. For me, gravy has to have a similar colour to the meat you are pouring it on. When you start adding condensed milk it becomes a sauce.

This is a fantastic fried chicken recipe.

Urban myth that lizards keep snakes away. Also your fat blue tongue may have been pregnant it’s that time of year for them having babies.

I found a few old toys on the grass outside the deck. I think the blue tongue cleared out what was under there. I was looking for eggs but apparently they have live babies, which is unusual for a reptile.

When putting up the Christmas lights each year you always wonder what the neighbours might think. At mums place the next door neighbour always wrote in the Christmas card how much she loved them.

I’ve moved the display to my house now and got a lovely card from one of my neighbours how much they enjoy seeing the lights :)

Your neighbours are nicer people than the flogs next to Clark Griswald

Some neighbours can be real pains, the new next door neighbours to mum are blaming her house for water on their property, yet her house is downhill from them…

Different ethnicities can produce different neighbours. Aussie family but my neighbourhood was full of either other Aussies, Greeks, Sri Lankan and Indian families. Today the same area is mostly Asian.

Mostly lead a peaceful existence but occasionally a few issues creep up now and then. My parents have awful neighbours that complain about everything including how long the grass is out the front - it gets mowed every 2 to 3 weeks so it's not like it grows to jungle size before it gets maintained.

Like a good display, don't have the motivation or artistry to do it myself.

True some Neighbours are just that.

I hosed out the driveways .
Neighbour complained to much water and that blows in our house...bah bah.
Fuuu should of seen the dirt out on the road after I hired a concrete cleaner they were not home.
But I wanted them to rock as I finished..😂.
Then they wrote a letter saying my wheelbarrow was of the yard bye a metre and half.
Because they have to look at it...said move it or going to council..WTF.
So I moved it right on the boarder and left it there about a year...stuff them.

Next door are great he's replaced at least 3 Posts in the fence.
Fence bloke didn't put concrete in the holes.
I threw some bill$ his way.
