Did another Dark Sky astronomy tour last night, got too see Venus, Jupiter and Saturn in a telescope and a few other galaxies. Had an expert in cultural astronomy there so listened to awesome stories from cultures around the world about the stars. If anyone has a slight in the sky above us I’d highly recommend this tour absolutely amazing to do.

My tenants have just asked if i would consider selling my house to them.
I said yeh i could be convinced assuming price offered aligns with my expectations… and after some more messaging with recent sales etc…. it does.
So i am seriously sleeping on this development and leaning towards doing it.
We can remove middle man (agents) plus marketing etc etc saving me about 40-50k compared with if i was to list it. Plus all the rigmarole of photos, home opens etc etc.

We did the same with the house we bought but we did engage a solicitor to make sure all the t’s were crossed and i’s dotted

Bruce Highway funding could reduce by $6 billion​

The deputy premier and main roads minister say one of the biggest blows for Queensland is the federal government reducing its share of funding for the Bruce Highway from 80 per cent to 50 per cent.
Mr Miles says that could mean a reduction in funding of up to $6 billion over the next decade
