I remember it looking like that here a couple of years ago. No snow yet this season though. Been relatively mild. Foggy past couple of days though.

Re hiking I personally really like it.

Sadly some people get lost.

There as been quiet a few get lost in Tassie last year and been some deaths.
Some people that were found had no food or water.

Rock pools exposed at low tide good fun for the dogs..etc.

Spotted a girl wearing a sheepskin shaggy dog style hat on the bus today. Couldn't resist a "nice hat" comment as I walked past to sit down.

Got a favourable response back

She is basically your girlfriend now.
