Question for beach goers. If you’re alone and go for a swim wheee do you leave your keys and valuables

In my beach bag with the dogs stuff balls etc and poo bags ,some might already have in them .Never had an issue.

But poor beach bag is broken handles came off..big rip aswell .RIP beach bag.

Found a Kong tennis ball down the beach a while back.Noone else around.
The doggies love it.
They sell for 20$ plus .

I really only have my phone that I need to hide. I either pop it in my book and then my book goes under my towel or I have a waterproof cover for it and it comes with me into the water.

I am walking distance so no keys either as house has a keyless entry number pad.

When i used to drive and had keys, same deal but id leave my keys in a lockbox on my car.

How was the lockbox secured?

I had friends in America back in 06 with that feature on one of their cars

Particularly useful in Michigan in winter to allow it to warm up a good 10/15 mins before heading out

Need to find a way to secure the door handle to which the lockbox is hung from. There's an opporunity
