GF anxiety is excruciating
09 was the absolute worst. Knew it would be close. 2007 the waiting killed us (no disrespect to Port but that was in the bag).
2011 I was nervous due to the fact I was not nervous. If that makes any sense whatsoever probably not :thumbsupv1:

2011 i wasn't nervous. I knew we were cooked after the prelim. And we don't do multiple flags so i was probably still half pissed from 2010. 2 GFs in 7 days was a tough back up

Well this information could have been useful to me 14 years ago mate..

last week they said in a BWS ad that Melbourne had the longest active winning streak over another club in the league

it was over Suns going back to 2014

I haven't bothered checking because I don't really care

but I'm assuming that streak is now over?

That was the longest - here's Swampy with an update

im not enjoying the hope i have in my footy team atm
its hope that kills ya
Losing is stressful; you also lose hope.

Winning is stressful; you know you’re not going to keep winning.

Footy is non-stop stress.

Why do we do this to ourselves?

I've got 2 Lego kits to build but got no where to put the finished product which is why they are still in their packaging

I simply need a solution to somehow acquiring sufficient money to buy/build a house where I can have a dedicated games room in which I can set up my video game collection, have room to build 2000 piece jigsaw puzzles but extend up to 18,000 piece puzzles etc

And then display my Lego kits including the NES & TV, plus my nostalgic gaming jigsaw puzzle

So we a gaming, puzzling and wannabe Lego nerd, I can find plenty of things to do when there's no sport to watch
