The reaction I get when I tell people I'm carnivore. Carry on eating pizza, chips. Ice cream, cakes and drinking alcoholic drinks or sugary drinks by all means. I'll carry on this diet that has proven health benefits to me.

I find no good comes from discussing diet with people unless the specifically ask. At the very least then if they start to judge you can say "hey you asked".

The distinction between humans and animals is arbitrary. Animals have inherent value and rights. Killing an animal for human consumption or exploitation can be considered a form of murder as it involves the intentional taking of an innocent life.
