I find no good comes from discussing diet with people unless the specifically ask. At the very least then if they start to judge you can say "hey you asked".
They did specifically ask. I don't mention it unless I'm asked about it.

So does green leafy veg I thought?
If you mean that which must not be discussed, legalise it so you don't have it grown in some poor sod with a pokies problem and a debt's home.

Do you lead with the carnivore thing or the crossfit thing when you meet people? Real sophies choice that one.
"Hi, I'm .... I'm a CrossFitting carnivore".

Then it's up to them which one they want to ask me about.

Just got racially vilified at the Thai place across the road from my work. My colleague (Asian appearance) got her meal with chop sticks and mine came with a spoon and fork!

I'd like to take a stand against this blatant profiling but the Thai food is delicious there, across the road and the bloke did get some chop sticks for me, didn't apologise though!

A Chinese person once told me you get more food on a spoon and fork.

Chopsticks are way superior for noodles and also for picking up bits of meat etc. i usually do a spoon at the end with the small bits.

Chopsticks for dumplings way better too, with a fork you need to pierce the thing and it usually falls apart.

Plot twist but I think chopsticks aren't generally used in Thailand so it may actually have been your colleague that was being profiled.
