We have had disrupters come with hotels (air bnb) and taxis (uber) - for crying out loud we need a disrupter to come for the real estate industry!
You guys are not celebrities. We don’t want to see your faces and names in lights. Just tell us the price that will get the sale done.

Mum tried selling her place 10 years ago, agent flat out refused to put a price on the listing.

Ended up with **** all interest, no bids at auction and he tried to get her to take an offer after the auction of well under asking price.

Still lives there today.

... which would royally **** you when you try renting from elsewhere. Estate agent shitlists are a real thing.

My last rental I nearly spent the equivalent of the bond on cleaning and fixing holes to get the bond back but too stay a wanted tenant with no black marks if needing to rent again in future.

I remember being taught that in school but from a geographical point, the definitions for what constitutes an island & a continent changed a few years ago

Geographers define an island & a continent as two separate things - an island is a mass of land that is both “entirely surrounded by water” and also “smaller than a continent.”


That's why Greenland is now recognised as the largest island in the world

Greenland isn't as big as it appears on maps. It gets distorted on flat maps that try to represent the round world. WA is bigger than Greenland.

WA is similar to Greenland, it is big but only the South West of WA is habitable only the FIFO morons go north of Perth for money.

I've lived in WA lor most of my life and the furthest north I have been was to Yanchep or Two Rocks when Atlamtis was there.
