You seem like a pretty sensitive guy. A breakfast out must drive you nuts.

Funny you should say that, I had a work breakfast during the week and we didn't leave until about 10:45am and this dumb chick in our office said 'OMG! That was an amazing blunch".

You get it? It's breakfast but it's late in the morning so it's close to lunch so she merged the two words together - isn't that just sooooooo cute?

::cringe::

I can't think of a way to say this without it sounding patronizing. I don't mean it to be, but it actually really pleases me that these things are the worst things in your life. You must actually be pretty happy.

Since you don't know me, it's perfectly understandable that you are completely wrong. This is the reason you couldn't possibly patronise me.

The recommended daily intake of protein for most people is probably 50-60g. You can get that much with a healthy diet easily.

Obviously if you are bigger and building muscle you will need more than average, but there are very few people that actually need hundreds and hundreds of grams a day of protein.

IMO you need 1.5 times your body weight in protein per day. That should always be maintained and increased if needed (increasing muscle). Your intake of fats and carbs can be adjusted according to your goals.

i see people drinking protein shakes during workout at the gymnasium i frequent. they are not ripped.

is it like obese persons drinking diet coke cause they believe its healthier?

i myself dont use protein suppliments. i always reason that nutrients can be gained from fresh fruit/food that have many other qualities.

The protein shakes aren't the issue. It would be that 95% of the remainder of their diet is shithouse.

I assume you mean in grams:kilograms, ie 50kg person eats 75g protein.

Plenty of people out there eating a lot more than that, which is pointless IMO.

Knowing there is a stale smell in the room but not knowing how to get rid of it.

Was going through the cupboard the other day looking for something to eat, was met with an absolutely rotten smell. Had a look at my stuff (shared pantry) and couldn't find anything, before discovering the culprit. A full loaf of bread that had been forgotten about and was basically liquidy-mould.
