Obrien you would think will end up forward once we start to dictate the game and clarko realises he has a mismatch with no astbury or rance. We should be fine with stratts and gibbo taking care of jack, he isnt a ragdoll forward, has a big leap and is athletic which suits stratts or gibbo, pretty sure gibbo has a decent record on riewoldt anyway

I agree Richmond look terribly undersized in the backline. I know there are a lot of haters but Langford is a contested beast. He's one of our best tacklers and if he can get his handball game going instead of becoming a Sewell type he's going to be a vital cog going forward.

According to that premiership standard quadrant thing (avg 100+ for and <86 against) Champion Data put out and Fox Footy fawn over if we win 140-0 then we'll be the smallest bit off par on the defensive side of things.

In past years Hawthorn have played Richmond while Richmond were in a bit of a form slump AND Richmond end up playing the game of their lives and beat the Hawks. Richmond towel up the Hawthorn game plan easily the same way Geelong and Port Adelaide can do at will.

What we need is an across the board improvement in all areas of our game.

I would say for now forget the whole "we need a percentage boost"

That will come in the 2nd half of the year, the priority right now is to get enough wins on the board.
