Back to the main topic and I am still not in receipt of any request for the Guernsey survey yet I can easily fill out my preference for my membership card for the automatic rollover and no response to my email.

I didn't get the survey request either... and i prefer the current guernsey... I'm not fussed - provided they have a large enough sample size, it'll be fairly indicative of the overall.
Today is a day. After today different responsibilities and powers to call meetings may fall into to different people's hands. That does not necessarily mean that anything will be announced.

What he's saying in a round-about way is that if the club doesn't call the EGM by today, the power to call an EGM moves to the challengers (Williams et al). So there may not be an announcement, and if there isn't we start waiting on the other guys to organize and call it.

I think what that does do is prevent Angus and co from making anymore appointments or announcements to appease those who might've voted against them.
You have to give 21 days notice of an EGM - so it can't happen until late October in any case.

For some reason I get BL emails.. I think I bought something from there as a gift for someone once, anyway the logo is interesting.. maybe its a toe dip to see whether the old lion makes a comeback?
