I would be very surprised if they report a profit this financial year. Booking and not filling stadiums, paying overs for talent and all the while maintaining a very expensive production is a recipe for financial disaster... IF you're not backing things out of your own families pocket.

Yeah they won't make a profit this year. Should be the year after.

If Wrestling Observer is to be believed. Payroll was 104mil and they need 125mil to break even, they'll end up getting 185mil in TV money per year.

I'll believe that when I see it.

TNA Genesis notes:
McKenzie Mitchell back with TNA, as a ring announcer though.

Moose retained the X Division Title vs Ace Austin. Solid opener.

Steve Maclin and Eric Young beat Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers.

Spitfire retained the TNA Knockouts Tag Titles vs Ash and Heather By Elegance.

Backstage Kazarian teased cashing in his World Title shot during the main event.

Tessa Blanchard beat Jordynne Grace. Great match.

Mike Santana beat Josh Alexander in an I Quit match. Post-match Alexander said he quits TNA too.

The Hardys retained the TNA Tag Titles vs The Rascalz. NXT Tag Champs Fraxiom were watching the match.

Masha Slamovich retained the TNA Knockouts Title vs Rosemary in a Clockwork Orange House of Fun match. Post-match NXT's Cora Jade had a staredown with Slamovich.

Joe Hendry won the TNA World Title vs Nic Nemeth in the main event. Before the match Santino banned Ryan Nemeth from ringside. During the match JBL clotheslined Kaz as he went to cash in, and punched Ryan Nemeth.
Fraxiom v Rascalz this week apparently
Note about match.
For the NXT Tag Titles.

TNA Digital Media Title note:
PCO destroyed the TNA Digital Media Title with a sledgehammer at GCW tonight.

ol' Mancer. MLW in da mud! 🤣

I wasn't familiar with him so did some YouTubing. Guy is a great promo. The feud with Sami will no doubt be bloody, but hope they tell a great story above all else.

Ali not only signing a contract, but going up against Santana is more than I could have asked for. Ali is so good and Santana is probably TNA's hottest talent not named Joe Hendry. Going to be a hell of a feud.

TNA Impact notes this week:
In the ring Joe Hendry said he'll fight anyone anywhere. Santino then made a main event. Joe Hendry vs the returning Matt Cardona for the TNA World Title.

Backstage Eric Young said he wants to "save" Josh Alexander, but Steve Maclin doesn't agree with it. Alexander then walked up and shook Young's hand, but Maclin wouldn't shake Alexander's hand. In the ring Josh Alexander quit TNA told The Northern Armory to do things the right way, without him. The Northern Armory then beat up Alexander. Eric Young then made the save, and made a tag match for next week.

Also backstage Nic Nemeth said he'll speak to the crowd next week.

Rosemary and Ash and Heather By Elegance beat Masha Slamovich and Spitfire. Before the match Ash By Elegance's manager stomped on a cowboy hat saying that's what he thinks of San Antonio. During the match NXT's Cora Jade showed up and distracted Slamovich, looks like she wants a Knockouts Title shot.

The Hardys beat Moose and JDC.

The No.23 popped up again, Sami Callihan then came out and demanded who was behind this. Steph De Lander came out and said it was her. And she's the new Digital Media Champ. She was given the title when she divorced PCO lmao. Then her new boyfriend Mance Warner from GCW showed up and attacked Callihan.

Fraxiom retained that NXT Tag Title vs The Rascalz via a Wes Lee distraction.

While Mike Santana was cutting a promo, Mustafa Ali came out (from a car that pulled up earlier in the night) and said he signed with TNA, and will be the next TNA World Champ.

Tessa Blanchard cut a promo on the ramp to huge heat, and said she took out the trash (Jordynne Grace). Tully Blanchard was in the crowd.

Joe Hendry retained the TNA World Title vs Matt Cardona in the main event. During the match, there was a ref bump and JBL hit Cardona with a Clothesline From Hell.
