Did anyone get down there to have a look today?

I was running late, so couldnt drop in, but from what I saw as I drove past at about 9AM, it looked like they were actually going though some match practice, using pretty much all of the ground.

Match practice.. lovely:D

Thanks for the report Onslaught:D (You told us it looked like match practice, now we can all imagine some dream runs of a match practice- alternatively, wait to see Sports Tonight- who should have something about it, they had something about Carlton)

Only takes an imaginitive mind.. McKernan, Sav & Drew 6 goals each, Motlop 4 with 20 marks and.. you get the idea:p

Laughing because a player has injured himself. Sad very sad indeed.

Bugger about Corey:( Don't suppose that very reliable person would be coming on here would they?!:p;)

Chrisvu- I know you must find sesame street very amusing- so why don't you watch it without doing other things?

Go Roos

This guy volentarally barracks for Carlton, shouldn't we be laughing? Though it seems the months between September and March are the only times he as a supporter has of feeling equal in society, enjoy it because round one is only weeks away.

I got down there this morning for the first time to watch and I was impressed with the skill level of all. Rarely did a footy hit the ground from a dropped mark. Half hour match practice at the end and was played at a good pace. Thought Arch was going to drag one bloke through the cricket nets with one of his tackles!! Came very close!!:D
Royal certainly seems to be in charge of training. His booming voice a constant.

Yeah the guys are looking alright. I'm certainly looking forward to late February.

OK.......so I'm not quite as thorough as some of the other analyists but it did feel good to be there.

:D

GO YOU ROOBOYS!!!!

l saw a little of the practice match. Callum Urch was superb of halfback. Had at least 7 possessions in the little time l saw. Sweep up everything, took marks and kicked beautifully. Will play round one if his confidence remains strong and positive. Definately has leap frogged a few players. Will be interesting to see how his fitness is over the course of 4 Quarters.
