So just on the 5kgs in 5 months query, I'm heading off for a break to an all-inclusive resort shortly, I should be able to give you some real-world results when I get back - however I reckon I can add at least 5kgs in 2 weeks easily...

Could care less what sort of bloke he is now....I actually don't mind him now anyway, but the looseness of him when playing was great, seemed to not care and then he'd rip your heart out. Give me that all day long
