It will be super interesting to see how the backline looks and handles the incoming ball from the Western Bulldogs midfield this week without Jonas.

We will see if we are a bit better in the air, on the lead, running out or just in general or not.

Didn't McGuane tear Jonas a new one, thing is he's right though.
Hopefully Jonas does the right thing by the team and himself and announce his immediate retirement.

Probably back to Nord.
I wouldn't be vehemently against Jonas as playing coach for the Maggies after he retires, or is delisted (hopefully no later than the end of this season), but unless there are big dollars involved I suspect Nord will offer him more, and he will hot foot it back to the parade as quickly as possible.

If he retires (willingly or not) midway through the season, it could be something that eastern-states media could pick-up on, and put some (extra) pressure/focus on Kern and the stupidity of appointing/allowing the captaincy for this year.

With a bit of luck it could be enough to heap enough pressure on the club/donuts to get a new coach next year.

Oh god. Gazing upon this is like watching an episode of The Office. At first funny, then nauseating, the a touch heartbreaking, finishing with quiet admiration for the creator.
And going on for 2 seasons longer than it should?

(sorry I know that's way too harsh on TJ but I couldn't resist the set up)

There was a mild improvement, as he bashed zurhaar and I think Stephenson? Two of their most annoying players.

Other than that very bad. Conceded goals. Seems incapable of holding a mark anymore and so he fists it even when it's uncontested. Should probably feign an injury so he can "retire" with some dignity still in tact.
