Interesting in the afl.com.au regarding Dew discussing Lynch, Dew makes the comments that they have had a decent indication of where Tom was headed for a while but the situation changed when Bucks said what he did and made it public.

Bodes pretty well for us I would have thought, and backs up perfectly what T71 said last night.

Interesting by Paul Connors this morning on SEN. Watson asks what is the timeline regarding choice of club and will it be before the end of the season etc. Connors responded with "i think that is illegal isn't it?" - I read into this as he is as good as done. He could have easily given a straight bat answer regarding Lynch was still weighing it up etc but chose those words.

I doubt he would indicate that to GC unless he had a pretty decent idea of where he wanted to head though.

Of course Tom knows where he is going, I never disputed that.

You're initial post stated Dew and GCS knew which club Tom has chosen which is NOT the case. As sanke has pointed out, Connors knows revealing that sort of information would breach FA rules and have big implications for his client. Connors isn't negligent enough to do that, he's very good at what he does.
