Lecras, Kennedy, Darling, Nicoski, Hill are our current forward line injuries. Our goose is cooked. Weve done well to stay at the top of the ladder for this long.

Woosha please dont rush Lecras or Kennedy back - not worth it.

Year aint over yet. We play well against the crows so that one isn't out of the question. Hopefully all our players have synced cycles and all had their shockers on the same day.

As for the forwards we If we can get Darls, JK, Lynch, Embers or even dare I say Lecca back then the side will look a lot better.

Not quite a waste of a season, as someone pointed out.. but this year was our best chance to have a crack. We have been playing some decent in patches, but next year is just another year Glass, Cox, Kerr etc get older. So it IS a waste.

Premierships all come down to injuries, and no matter what people think... our chances became almost non existent when we lost our top 3 goal kickers from last year. And it has just gotten worse and worse with suspensions.

There is only so much a team can handle. And we're about done.

It's not over top 4 looks doubtful. But if we can get a fully fit team before finals watch out. Kennedy, Lecras, Hill, Hams, Lynch, Nicoski and Shuey were all out of our side today. And darling was subbed.
Our best forwardline for mine is

Darling lynch Lecras
Hill Kennedy Nicoski

Every single one of those players were missing today. No team can play with that many players in the one line out. If we don't get them back then yes we are ****ed.

Once we lose to the crows i am genuinely endorsing playing the fringe team. I mean, we basically are already, but just scrap cox, scrap kerr, scrap glass - throw our kids to the wolves and get some games into them. May slightly improve things when this happens next season.

Disagree.

Reckon we will be primed in 2013, provided we have a relatively fit list.

We'll have a couple of years of finals under our belts and our fringies and young guys – the likes of Brennan, Sheppard, Gaff, Darling – will have had a bit more exposure.

Season 2012 is not over. Its unlikely we will win the premiership but that was always the case since LeCras went down in the preseason. Its possible we will finish between 5th-8th. We could even lose the next few games but we will get some more finals experience and the future is bright for the seasons beyond. However, we did learn a bit about some players today.

if West Coast had lost with their 8 forwards; Kennedy, LeCras, Nicoski, Lynch, Hill, Darling, Hams, Shuey then there should be concern. You cant beat any team with that many out but at least most will be back soon.
Swans have used up all their good luck for 2012 now.
