Would be shattered to miss Keath. My hair will fall out next year if I have to watch the Trengove - Cordy combo again and more importantly we won’t do damage at the pointy end of the season.

Trengove has been great this year. Of all KPDs, he has the second best win rate in 1 on 1 contests. He's become a whipping boy amongst Dogs fans this year.

Would rather pick up Bruce or Martin, but Keath would definitely fit a huge need. Not overly stressed if we miss given that he's very inexperienced so doesn't have the track record to prove this wasn't just a purple patch

Seems like the links to Keath have quietened down a lot in the last few weeks, which makes me think we may never have been that strongly into him. It seems that it's all guesswork until this point of the season when the real info starts to come out. Hence the Bruce links only just happening, while a ton of other players linked to clubs are suddenly not being spoken of (including Petrucelle)

Would rather keep carlisle to be honest but something else must be going on

Yeah like Lloyd and Dureya list cloggers. I said I didn’t know much about Garthwaite was using him as an example of a young player still developing.
Just interested on others opinions on who is out there.

Huge credit to our list management team over the last couple of years. Took big balls to allow players like Stringer and Dahl to leave but we’ve unquestionably come out of it as a better side.

Stringer has continued to be an unreliable spud who plays a good game just often enough to not get dropped to the 2s permanently and while I loved Dahl, moving him on has facilitated Dunkley’s growth into a top 10 midfielder in the competition.

I still remember how folks on here (correctly, IMO) would wax lyrical about how Stringer circa 2015 was the only player on our list more talented than the Bont. What could have been, if only he wasn't such a dead loss above the shoulders...
