Maybe Buku gets an extended run in Cordy's spot next year. Or maybe the club has someone in mind that we're not yet aware of. Let's see how it plays out

Jones is unknown at this stage.

Keath was on one leg for most of the year.

TOB is an interceptor/3rd defender.

Gardy needs support.

I'm not a massive fan of Cordy but there'll be a hole on our list imo.

Jones/Keath/Gards/Darcy all ahead of him.

As bad as TOB was this year, he was still better than Cordy.

Buku is an improvement in the 3rd defender role Cordy should be playing also.

We'll be fine without him.

We were getting Jones regardless and put a contract in front of Cordy. He's not a replacement

Band 3 for contracts reported at 650k/py over 4/5 years for 27 year olds.

I like it personally, clubs shouldn’t be receiving a handout for losing average players who are being massively overpaid by shit clubs

I think Dunks would sign a one year contract with us and then walk as a free agent rather than go to North in the PSD. And I wouldn’t be all that surprised if Brisbane doesn’t offer us shit and we don’t get a deal done.

A 2 year offer to Cordy is more than fair. I suspect we may have offered less money than his previous contract and that's the reason he's looking around.
