The fact that there is even speculation about Naughton is ****ing sickening.

Guaranteed there wouldn’t be this speculation had the club done their job and push deep into a finals campaign like we know our list can!

It’s good that his manager has put rumours to bed for this off season but if they are waiting to see how we are looking on field next year, then do you blame him? I don’t.

Have no idea why people are so upset,

His job is to get Aaron Naughton as much money as possible, Aaron can decide if he wants slightly less to stay or go ect but his agent is literally employed to maximize his finical earnings

Darcy Gardiner and Ned Moyle are two players of interest for the Dogs

Cheap depth happy enough with that,

Gardiner solid player without being a star but can help free up JOD to use his run and kicking a bit more

Moyle like for like swap for Sweet

Didn't Darcy Gardiner just sign a three year contract last year?

Would surely cost too much at draft table for what he's actually worth.

28 hardly played all year reportedly bringing in Doedee as well can easily see them doing him a solid one and letting him go cheap

Definitely not that keen on Darcy Gardiner. He's been a very solid player over the journey but his body has struggled badly recently and he's slow with the ball in his hands.

Don’t mind Moyle. Although I think the suns are mad if they trade both him and Chol. Witts ain’t getting any younger.

Dogs have had brief chats with Saints Kilda about a potential Jack Billings trade

Saints want to clear the books if wouldn't cost us much in terms of trade and fills a wing role

Moyle would be silly to leave Gold Coast.
He can sit behind a 25 year old Tim English who played every game in 2023, or a 31 year old injury prone Jarrad Witts - not a tough decision

Lions need pick for Ashcroft next season
So guessing if he does move on
They would be asking for future picks

I wouldn't be shocked if he ends up at North
makes the most sense list-wise since Gold Coast rate Ethan Read extremely highly

True, but why north?
Xerri & CCJ - he'd be stuck behind two players

Geelong make the most sense, Sydney if they somehow miss out on Grundy

As someone that watched way too much of North the last couple of years

If i'm a supporter of them, bringing in extra ruck depth is important
Both of them are injury prone and form drop prone
