Yes Mr BOND 007 - very happy. The team have done a wonderful job (not just this year but I saw a change in 2013 trading/drafting that was even more evident in 2014 and continued well in 2015.

The profile of the squad is becoming clear. Yes we lost 3 good players in the scheme of things yet we improved our squad. I sense we are now starting to regain our position as being a destination club. Vanilla midfield - I don't think so.

My summary: Great to see the emphasis in speed - be it decision making, clean hands, through traffic and outside pace. We added strengths that were not there. Continue to get dual sided players. Priorities are obvious with accuracy of passing. Ability to play multiple positions. Ability to take a turn through the midfield.

Only 1 player/decision I struggle with (oh and no it is not McGinnity) - why Tunbridge was re-listed? I am yet to see any upside of the on-field football IQ required to make it at AFL.

The club sees potential and feels he has been cruelled by injury

-Where do you see Tom Cole playing?
-Was Menegola ever on the cards, were the club expecting him to last to the rookie draft?
- What are the thoughts on Lamb for next year?

Quite content with the offseason, no glaring issues.

3) Going to playing well to make the 1sts - but isn't that what you want out of the youngsters

Yep - good job.
My thoughts - rewind the clock to end season 2014. Ask yourself what were the missing pieces from the WC premiership jigsaw. Now fast forward to post 2015 draft - are they still missing ?

Nothing is missing IMO. A quality small forward could be good next year (for medium-term planning) but that's the only thing I can really think of. I'm happy with what we have down in the last few years.

Thanks. There were reports on here saying we were keen on Menegola, a lot were expecting him, that's interesting. I can't really see where Lamb fits in either, I think there is a bit of concern he might want to move on if he can't get some action. Obviously can't do anything about that.

Do you see McGovern as a Forward or Defender or is it a bit wait and see? I struggle to see us not being too tall forward if it's Gov/JK/Darling/Resting Ruckman, although they are all reasonably mobile.
