Rookies: Yestin Eades, Daniel Rioli, Braden Hackett, Gach Nyuon, Nick Rippon.

if Brown leaves (very likely) end of next season, then we have 4 KPD's left on the list and Gov would most likely be a full time defender. Might as well get a defender like Glass-McCasker. Pretty sure i read that he's a defender/ruckmen.

Havent' read anywhere that he plays ruck or has played ruck, thats interesting. I think we need a guy who can play as a genuine fwd / pinch hitting ruck more.

won't get a game next season (unless injuries occur) and the fact that barrass is developing into a very good defender. Brown's a good player but not a best 22 player for us (best 22 material for a lot of clubs) and being an FA end of next year, wouldn't surprise me if he left.

If Brown leaves we can just for after a Hooker or Pears who will be Free Agents as well.

Rather give Barrass (will be a gun in the years to come) the chance to play along side EMac, schofield/ Gov and save a bit of money so we could after cripps or hogan in a few years time.

Sorry i think i might have mixed him up with someone alse. Atm we have Lycett (who does the opposite) and both mcinnis and Gov can pinch hit in the ruck. I have read that Glass-McCasker can played up forward tho he's best footy is in defence. At his size of 197cm and 96kgs and the fact that he's 18, he could be developed into a swingmen or into forward/defender that could ruck. We have the best ruck coach in the comp and one of the best ruckmen for him to learn off.

Yep. Both McKay's will be gone before our first pick. If Ben was still available we'd be crazy not to draft him at 29>31 or whatever our first pick ends up at.
