They decided to front load the contract, not our issue.
As good as Beams is he is 29 next year and has had some significant injuries as well.
Pick 18 and a future second round pick is more than fair.
May was too costly and our team defence mantra means we will get the job done more often than not.
I'm not overly worried about the whole scenario as I see massive natural improvement in the group. Teams that stick together and have that synergy and cohesion are the successful ones, going out and buying heavily for good players means your list lacks because a club hasn't invested and developed its core properly so I'm comfortable where we sit.
