thats because Taz loved the club, Beams however just wants back to Melb (for missus) and pies to play with his mate Sideass couldn't give a rats toss bag about pies in general (in fact even on the way back he shows more love to Lions as a club).
Listening to Noble, I dont think its going to get done.

Wingard, Scully and Scrimshaw looks a fair haul for Hawthorn at this stage.
But O'Meara hasn't set the world on fire yet due to injury. Scully may replicate this.
Jono O'Rourke, a former pick 2, looked like a steal too and got delisted recently.
We'll see with Hawthorn, but having lost 2 finals pretty comfortably this season, they look a bit like Geelong to me. Remain competitive, but not quite enough top end talent. Still, their haul this season are all top 10 picks in their respective draft years.
You, and many, probably thought they smashed last trade period with Watts, Motlop, Rockliff etc.

You could also add that he's contract at the Lions was heavily front ended, so paying for a pittance to what he was getting at the beginning of the deal. Wants more money. This is from a current club footy manager
