would tassie be in the market for reid? surely. doesnt the afl give them like bonus off cap money to lure marquee players? could offer him 10 million a season.

What would you give up for JUH? To have him and Armstrong in the forward line would be great. Keep pick 1 for the best mid, but JUH could be the Lynch replacement.

Green shoots of Armstrong, Lalor, Trainor over the last couple of weeks show why you invest in the draft though. Get the quality in for 2-3 drafts and then it's just a waiting game.

What are we going to do with all our talls at the end of the year?
Out of contract will be Gray, Bauer, Blight, Fawcett, Lynch and Young. It may be tough to cut more than 1 or 2, especially if Lynch decides to go on. Unless something dramatically changes I think we should be looking to payout Kozi.
We really need to replace at least 2 tall players with players sub 190cm to balance our list.

Long term see Faull and Armstrong as our 2 key forwards. Simms as our #1 ruck.
Fawcett rotating between VFL and afl depending on form.
Definitely a blessing if we can have 3 top line key forwards.

funny how the Pies move him on and they win a Premiership
Nankervis is way better than him he is a 3x premiership ruck and is a more competitive player, Grundy was always overrated he had a couple good years but he has been well below a standard 1st ruck for ages.
