Nobody is taking Kosi and Graham is a free agent
Graham will probably go to Adelaide. Their midfield is made up of a couple of very talented jockeys and a couple of old clysdales. Unless Adelaide can find some better mids then Graham would surely be a target. Compensation will be interesting. An end of round pick, the question is which round

Sloane has just retired. Slow mid out - slow mid in.

Won't be much difference between an end of second compared to a third round pick for us this year. Both would be very handy in getting us higher up the order come draft time.

Rubbish. We had Jack and Lynch was in the wings.
Cj was seen as a ruck/fwd.
Allen was least of our needs.
I think that is clearly the point .. that you and the club didn't recognize that you need to draft a KPF at least five years before you need to replace him ...
It is 2024 ... seven years later and we finally drafted Fawcett ... with him and Lynch ... being the only two leading forwards that played forward as juniors on our entire list ... and both injured

Only an idiot would argue the Oscar Allen miss was a terrible mistake and that we desperately needed to draft a key forward over 5 years ago

The value of Baker at Freo IMO would be the forward leader to play alongside Treacy and co. It would defeat the purpose of the trade if they traded out Treacy
They'd still have Amiss for Bakes too be at his feet but I don't see Bakes as a full time fwd.Player of many trades.

Yes much better ruck than Samson
Samson better forward
Would be an awesome combination going forward
Ned is 206 cm
Whispers that English too West coast & Boyle too the Dogs.
Dogs under pressure too keep both English & JUH.

It's us.
End of 5th rnd

I am behind on the news but Hartley being the target for Tassie? If we lose anymore off field people to Tassie, we should be asking for amnesty from them being able to target our players.
We should get their 1st.

Like I said we had Lynch on the way.
We drafted both Balta & CCJ.
The loss of CCJ hurt us.
Himmelberg was our next target but Dimma leaving put pay to that.
Clearly our plan for Kps are unless they're top 10 then we go via the FA path.

What plan? lol

So when we had a Top10 pick we drafted .... a key backman lol

And now we draft a key forward with a pick in the 40s ...

Is this Plan B C or D?

Or was Plan C giving a 3 year contract to the U18 All Australian Full Back who has never taken a contested mark in his life?

Thank God Plan D was to take a 26 year old rugby player and turn him into a KPF

What is that stops you from just posting ... it clearly was a mistake to draft Jack Higgins rather than Oscar Allen

What Key Forward free agent are we targeting this year?? Tex Walker or Elliott Himmelberg lol

RALPHY’S 30 FREE AGENTS TO WATCH

JACK GRAHAM (RICHMOND)
Is he exactly the kind of selfless hard-running prototype midfielder for the transition game a club would love to get its hands on, or is he just a handy type? Graham racked-up 15 tackles in his first two games, in a year interrupted by a quadricep issue, but hasn’t hit 20 possessions in any of his three games. He ranks below average for disposals, contested possessions, clearances, and scoreboard impact and poor for kicking. They are unflattering numbers.
But with clubs like the Crows desperate to lure free agents home to Adelaide, they will have to be interested in him to bulk-up their midfield.

DUSTIN MARTIN (RICHMOND)
Do whatever makes you happy, Dusty. No suitors yet. Gold Coast a little interested, but aware that he might be happy to stay at Punt Rd or retire. It would help if he wouldn’t be seen to want top-dollar to play elsewhere. Will sit down with manager Ralph Carr at season’s end to work through his future.

DION PRESTIA (RICHMOND)
More likely to sign a one-year deal at the Tigers, given his many injury issues of late.

ISAAC CUMMING (GWS GIANTS)
Another Giants defender keen to stay, with clubs like Gold Coast interested in his services.
Has pace and elite kicking skills, which don’t always stand out, given brilliance of Lachie Whitfield and Lachie Ash around him, but his upside is what excites rivals. In 2022 he averaged nearly 550m gained. Another player who would need to be offered a deal of several hundred thousand dollars a year higher than the Giants to consider moving on. Has battled a 2024 calf injury, so is returning through the VFL.

I think we should have a look at Cumming to replace Grimes and Broad in the near future, good size, plays hard and can intercept mark or he could replace McIntosh and Pickett on a wing

LoL
And where were you going too play all 3?

I agree on all the talk re drafting well but having leaders to bring the players up, but let's not forget our development which seems sub par in recent years. Guys like Morris seem to be leading well bit something isn't the best with development?

What we do need to know right now is he on board or getting out coz this is a pivotal time in our list build and we need someone who’s all in not who’s mind is elsewhere
