I think we would look at Bower for free if we got rid of Thursty and McGuane and with Moore in trouble to resume.

If u have a contracted dud you don't ask for first rounders. Melbourne aren't doing this right at all.

Getting nervous about the Ivan Maric trade!! Hopefully the Tigers didn't blow it and offer their compo pick! Also, although I love Foley, I would be happy with trading him to GWS for a low pick or two.

Waiting for Lynch to get a medical and some late picks worked out. Apparently done deal now. Not our compo.

And agree, if we were offered 5 and 14 as DT said u would take it and run. But, they won't offer that and we'd like to keep him so can't see him going.

This is great news & we seem to have done well by giving up 37 only.
But Morris & Maric better not be the end of our trading.
The club was quite vocal & unsolicited about saying we would 'Trade Agressively'. We have not done that so far.
We have players like Connors,Edwards,Foley,Jackson & McGuane we can trade with to get in players like Goldsack,Liam Anthony,Macaffer,Bate & Gumbleton or Hooker.
Still dont see why we don't have a crack at Mc Intosh as North need the Connors, Edwards types with leg speed.
Also Edward's for Gumbleton or Hooker seems realistic as Bummers are chasing a quick midfielder.

- They looked at mature KPD, but they have confidence in the young KPDs.
- Nason and Farmer have had slight interest, unlikely to leave.
- Connors contracted, not likely to move.
- Doesn't think that there will be much more left for the Tigers in trade week, there could be something in the next few days.

Yep, he said that we have probably got we were after, sans the experienced defender (Bower to PSD?) but that some of our players may move...
Nason and Farmer he noted that they were uncontracted and therebhad been a little interest, but he didn't expect anything this week

and he confirmed big Ivan is a superstar - "Getting Maric for 37 is like buying dollar coins for 10c". OK, I made that up, but that was definitely the vibe I got

Yeah but not everyone has to be quick he is a left foot option up forward that we dont have.Who has a thumping kick & has kicked bags before.

what we would want for Foley, Bombers will not give. They would offer up something like Dyson and Slattery - always horrid to trade with
