2. WHO WAS SHARP Son-of-a-gun Jackson Archer impressed to win the Kangaroos’ 2km time-trial at the start of the training session. Archer – the son of club legend Glenn – showed he was intent on making an impact in his second season in the AFL to take out the honours on day one of the pre-season, while Jack Mahony, Miller Bergman and Bailey Scott also finished strongly in the time-trial.
