U19 North 2 (2009)

Dont know what your talking about son. Shouldnt you be in your VCE exams right now?

For everyone else in the league, NOBS have appointed a past player as their U19 coach for next year. The opposition won't be copping anymore red ears like this season.

Lets hope it all pays off!

Any other stories to come out of the few months off?

Enough of the shit talk season's nearly upon us.

Who are the teams to look out for?

Old West are looking very good. Big numbers down at training and a lot of new players from successful WRFL clubs Werribee and Hoppers Crossing jumping on board to play with us.

Practice match against Therry at OW on Saturday.

apparently thery went down to OW in pracy on weekend after being up by 7 goals at 3 quarter time .

Couldn't get their U18's off the ground ??

Didnt make sense to field a team as it would have taken quite a bit of talent away from the 19's team and as well as that the club fields an u17's team which meant that the club would have 17's 18's and 19's something that i dont think exists at any club in prob the whole country lol

The final ladder at the end of 2009?

1- Ivanhoe
2- Old Xaverians
3- Therry Penola
4- Rupertswood
5- Old Geelong
6- NOBS/ St Pats
7- La Trobe Uni
8- Emmaus
9- Fitzroy Reds
10- Old Westborne

I know that everyone is entitled to there opinion but you have no idea Damo.

Here is my prediction after taking into account the clubs past 2 seasons performances.

Old Westbourne
Therry
Nobs
Latrobe
Old Geelong
Ivanhoe
Emmaus
Old Xavs
Rupo
StBernards (to be included in the fixture in the coming days)
Fitzroy

Hey Tigers Nuts, im scribing for the North comps this season.
Just wondering what u reckon.
ur obviously and OW fan. spoke to the coach, he reckons u guys r stuggling for numbers
u reckon u can get a team on the track every week?
the only reason i put u last is coz i thought maybe u guys would have to pull out mid year.
Thoughts on other teams???

And you're welcome to your opinion. I think you're forgetting Ivanhoe made the grand final last year, and Old Xavs made the semis. You can't tell me Emmaus will finish above Old Xavs. La Trobe are the unknowns this year, as are OW.
