I've gone with glover in the end but Evans is one guy I've gone back and watched a lot of his past fights

Unfortunately, that Rashad is long gone. He's looked poor for a few years now and injuries have definitely played their part. I'd like to see him move to an analyst role full time after that.

Khabib is soft imo...I know he beat Dos Anjos but that was way back when. Dos Anjos is on a completely different level now

o_O The only thing soft about Khabib is the Dagestani hat he wears to the octagon. The dude is a beast and while I agree that Dos Anjos has improved a lot since their last fight, I'd still take Khabib in the rematch.

For anyone with fight pass, definitely recommend giving Dos Santos-Akhmedov a watch.

Haven't seen the fight yet, but really surprised to see that Chiesa submitted Dariush. Also very surprised that Ferreira recovered after getting hurt by Bamgbose. I thought for sure if Bamgbose hurt him he'd finish the fight right there.

Swanson looked great. Dias did his best, but it was a tough match-up for him. And damn, Dias is tough.

That was exactly what Nurmagomedov needed. He was a bit off early, but managed to get into his groove as the fight wore on. Then he beat the crap out of Horcher. I saw someone mention that Nurmagomedov's the most well rounded takedown threat in MMA. It's hard to argue with that. He's great at taking you down in so many different ways. It's an amazing mix of wrestling, sambo and judo. Great to see him back. And I look forward to seeing Horcher fight someone more at his level next time.

Namajunas/Torres was great. It was really close. I'd have to watch it again to score it properly. I thought Torres won the 1st, Namajunas won the 2nd and I wasn't sure about the 3rd.

Teixeira melted Evans. It didn't go for long, but Evans kept getting backed up to the fence. That's not good when you're facing a heavy hitter like Teixeira. Evans has had a great career and you'd have to think that he'd be okay financially if he retired. Wouldn't be a great way to go out after a couple of bad losses, but not many fighters go out on top.

Yeah, fighters never know when to retire and won't listen to anyone advising them about it either.
In his post fight interview he was talking about how he needs to rediscover the old Rashad Evans .....

Dos Santos is the biggest hitter in the UFC but he never goes for the kill. He needs 2 unleash like Anthony Johnson does
Never goes for the kill is a bizarre thing to say about JDS. Rothwell is very tough to KO and if JDS had unleashed like Rumble he might have been the one who got knocked out. Rumble's fight with Davis was actually pretty similar to the way JDS fought Rothwell too.

When Rumble unleashes it doesn't go too well for him if he can't get the finish. Rumble would have been better served fighting calmly like he did against Davis when he faced Cormier, rather than unleashing and looking to finish Cormier every second of the fight.

Since velasquez he hasn't been the same and gone into his shell.....The Overeem fight was more like a dance off it was ridiculous and frustating to watch
