To me this sounds like the new unfair to specify her gender “person” will be in charge of umpire PR. And the man responsible for supervising the complete collapse of the sport sounds suspiciously like he will retain carte blanche to interfere with umpires and interpretations on a daily basis, to the complete relief of nobody ever.
