Had Rocky at the start when he was priced at an average of 87.....now averaging 111. Very pleased with how he went.

Rockliffe, Redden, Fyfe, Adock and Martin wouldve put you well ahead of the pack.

Hard to pick Fyfe with R6 bye (Buddy and SJ were absolute lock in premiums)

Hard to pick Redden and Rockliffe with R4 bye (Boyd and Bewick were absolute lock ins for me aswell)

Adcock and Martin are truely the ones that have gotten away. Never once considered Martin, i need to get the 2nd year blue theory out of my system, just dont like picking those players.

I have none of Rockliff, Fyfe, Adcock or Martin.

Ranked 256.

It would have been nice to pick them but they are not the be all and end all.

I did not start with Curnow or Libba but you would have to be a masochist not to consider them after the first 2 rounds.

Unique in Rocky, Thompson, Stanton, Fyfe are going well for me now. Traded Bruce out a couple of weeks ago so pretty good success rate.

Scotland was one I took last year and smashed it, didn't go with him again, shame.

Only averaging a couple of points less, has a tiny break even, is playing GC next and is in only 1.2% of teams!!

I believe he got 8 tackles on the weekend. Even minus those 32 points, he still reached the ton! This guy will be the king of DT one day.

I picked quite a few relatively unique players, and I'm a little annoyed now that they're doing well since everyone's getting them in!

Guys I had at the start of the year:

Redden
Mumford
Priddis
Fyfe
Curnow (sort of unique at the start...)

but yeah, at least I dont have to waste trades getting these boys in ^_^

^^ Yeah that's the way it goes, the way DT is now with so much discussion and everybody pretty much getting the same advice there's too many people doing the same thing. All you can hope for is being first to it.

Yes thats the key isn't it..

I'm 'lucky' I picked a starting team with Fyfe, Watson, Boyd, Pendle, Swan Bartel etc..along with Libba. Traded in Bewick for Curnow after rd2 and before I know it I'm in the top 50 by rd 4.

But now everyone else is getting the Fyfes and Watsons and things get tight when it comes to head to head score against the other high ranked teams.

I'm competing against teams that have basically the same players execpt for a few differences...ie: Dawes, Knights, Enright, Priddis, Redden etc..

In a good week, it's a fine line between getting 2050 pts compared to getting 2200+ pts and maintaining your ranking...
